Villa Firefly, also known as FLY, is a luxurious 7-bedroom villa located in Anse des Cayes. This brand new villa, perched above the beach, offers stunning panoramic ocean views.

Living Room and Kitchen

The living room is connected to the well-equipped kitchen, and boasts ample seating, a Sonos sound system, and both U.S. satellite and Apple TV. The dining room serves as an annex living room, with seating around a TV and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that can be opened or closed.

Master Bedroom

Behind the living room is a separate bungalow with the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, dressing area, an ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower, and a small private terrace with seating.

Additional Bedrooms

In between the living and dining room is a stairway descending to the other bedrooms, which are located on 2 different levels. The middle level has 2 spacious bedrooms mirrored across a hallway, each with a king-size bed, dressing area, and bathroom with an indoor shower, which has a sliding door to the outside. On the lowest level are 4 smaller bedrooms, each with twin beds that can be made up as a king-size bed and a small bathroom with an indoor shower. All bedrooms have U.S. satellite and Apple TV.

Pool and Grounds

The dining room protects the large pool from the prevailing winds. A deck with loungers surrounds the pool, making this an ideal spot for sunbathing. Views are visible from the living and dining areas, stairs, and bedrooms, thanks to the abundant use of glass. Two manicured lawns adorn the grounds.

Holiday Rentals

During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Please note - No arrivals/departures on the same day.
